RI International in Durham, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee medical, psychiatric, and substance abuse care for individuals served. The RN acts as a clinical liaison until enrollment in services at another facility, coordinating with external medical and nursing supports as needed.

The role requires state RN licensure, a Bachelor’s in Nursing preferred, and at least 1 year in behavioral health. The position may involve shift work and travel as required by the program.

Formación

• RN graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• RN license in the respective state (Compact licensure preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a behavioral health setting.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate services with health, mental health and social service agencies.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Administer medications per protocol and monitor nursing care.
• Provide individual and family counseling and education.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation.
