Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking an RN to provide leadership, support, and coordination of the unit during the night shift in Denver, CO. You will direct daily activities, ensure safe admissions, and maintain high standards of patient care with a strong focus on the Patient Experience.

Required are an RN license, BLS, and 1+ year of clinical RN experience. The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians and staff, adherence to policies, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing (RN) required.
• RN license required; BLS required.
• 1+ year of clinical RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, support, and coordination of unit’s daily operations during designated shift.
• Assists in directing, organizing, and prioritizing shift activities to ensure patient care and staff needs are met.
• Resolves patient complaints and other issues that could impact patient care.
• Acts as liaison to multidisciplinary patient care team.
• Monitors supply usage and costs to ensure fiscal accountability.
