Job summary

Crossville Health and Rehabilitation is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for our long-term care and rehabilitation facility. You will provide compassionate nursing care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and develop individualized care plans.

We offer competitive pay of $33.30–$41.85 per hour with $2.00 night differentials, 12-hour night shifts, every other weekend off, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license.
• Strong knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care in a long-term care and rehabilitation environment.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents’ health conditions and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery.
