Job summary

Crossville Health and Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dedicated team in Crossville, Alabama. You will deliver patient-centered care in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting, assess residents, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and therapists.

We offer 12-hour night shifts with a $2.00 night differential, every other weekend off, competitive hourly pay, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits including medical,

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong clinical skills in geriatric and rehabilitation care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Current BLS/CPR certification; ACLS certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care in a long-term care and rehabilitation environment.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents’ health conditions and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery.
