You will provide high-quality, resident-centered care during the night, evaluate changes in condition, administer medications, and support a safe, respectful environment.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, professional nursing care to residents during the night shift.
• Assess residents and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to resident needs and clinical concerns.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Support and guide nursing assistants and other team members as appropriate.
• Help ensure a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment throughout the night.
