The Village at Rockville, part of National Lutheran Communities & Services, is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team. You will provide high-quality, resident-centered care during the night, evaluate changes in condition, administer medications, and support a safe, respectful environment.

Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a rewarding night shift opportunity where your experience and clinical judgment are truly valued? The Village at Rockville is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Night Shift RN to join our nursing team. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality, resident-centered care while helping create a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment throughout the night.

Pay Range: $40.00–$55.00/hour (Final offer based on your skills, experience, and professional background.)

What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate, professional nursing care to residents during the night shift
• Assess residents and monitor changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols
• Respond promptly and appropriately to resident needs and clinical concerns
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and members of the interdisciplinary care team
• Support and guide nursing assistants and other team members as appropriate
