The Village at Rockville, part of National Lutheran Communities & Services, is seeking a Full-Time Night Shift RN to provide compassionate, resident-centered care during overnight hours. You will lead with clinical judgment, monitor conditions, and coordinate with the care team to ensure safety and comfort for residents.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

Responsibilities

Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a rewarding night shift opportunity where your experience and clinical judgment are truly valued? The Village at Rockville is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Night Shift RN to join our nursing team. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality, resident-centered care while helping create a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment throughout the night.

Pay Range: $40.00–$55.00/hour (Final offer based on your skills, experience, and professional background.)

What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate, professional nursing care to residents during the night shift
