Ethan Crossing of Springfield is seeking a Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee overnight safety, assessments, and detox protocols. You will administer medications, monitor responses, and contribute to a calm, therapeutic environment for guests in recovery.

New graduate RNs are welcome and receive training and mentorship. The role emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and supporting guests through the night shift at our Springfield facility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Ohio.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• New graduate RNs are welcome – training and mentorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Monitor guests’ safety, health, and detox protocols during overnight shifts.
• Supervise shift staff and maintain a calm, safe environment.
• Administer medications and monitor treatment responses.
• Provide compassionate nursing care to support recovery journey.
