Ethan's Crossing is seeking a Night RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversight during the overnight shift at our Indianapolis facility. You will guide the overnight team, ensure safe staffing, and uphold compassionate, consistent care for every guest.

You will lead with confidence, respond to clinical needs, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to protect continuity of care and maintain high-quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program or hold state licensure.
• Current RN license and unencumbered practice rights in the state.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight team to ensure high-quality care and safe staffing.
• Respond to clinical needs, lead emergency drills, and support staff training.
• Serve as liaison for overnight clinical concerns and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
