Ethan Crossing of Springfield is seeking a Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee overnight safety, assessments, and detox protocols. You will administer medications, monitor responses, and contribute to a calm, therapeutic environment for guests in recovery.

New graduate RNs are welcome and receive training and mentorship. The role emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and supporting guests through the night shift at our Springfield facility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Ohio.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• New graduate RNs are welcome – training and mentorship provided.

As a Night Shift RN at Ethan Crossing of Springfield, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our guests’ safety, stability, and recovery throughout the overnight hours. You will:

• Ensure Safety: Monitor guests’ physical and behavioral health, conduct nursing assessments, and oversee detox protocols to promote safe, effective care.
• Lead the Team: Supervise and support shift staff while maintaining a calm, safe, and therapeutic environment.
• Restore Peace: Administer medications accurately, monitor responses to treatment, and support guests’ ongoing stabilization.
• Inspire Hope: Deliver compassionate, empathetic nursing care that helps guests feel supported, respected, and safe throughout their recovery journey.
