Job summary

Wellbrook Recovery is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for detox and residential night shift duties in Ohio. The role focuses on providing high-quality medical care to clients in detox and residential treatment, monitoring vitals, managing withdrawal symptoms, and administering medications per physician orders.

The RN will document care in the EMR, maintain safety during overnight hours, and collaborate with the on-call medical team and daytime staff to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree).
• Active and unrestricted RN license in OH.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to detox and residential clients during overnight hours.
• Perform comprehensive assessments including vitals and withdrawal monitoring.
• Administer medications per physician orders, including MAT as applicable.
• Monitor for adverse reactions or changes in condition and respond as needed.
• Document all care in EMR and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure safety and security through room checks and prompt emergency response.
• Collaborate with on-call medical team and day staff during shift changes.
• Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and facility policies and maintain a therapeutic environment.
