Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking an RN for a full-time night shift at St. Francis Nursing Center in Colorado Springs. You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, document care, and educate patients and families.

Requirements include an Associate Degree in Nursing or equivalent, RN license in Colorado, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A Bachelor's in Nursing is preferred with 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Assess patients’ physical, psychosocial, cultural and spiritual needs.
• Develop and implement patient care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Properly document interventions and patient responses.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interview, review of medical records and data.
• Develop and implement patient plan of care with outcomes.
• Demonstrate competency in IVs, wound care, meds, catheterization, specimen collection.
