Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
• Current RN license is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and evaluate them regularly.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and maintain documentation.
• Ensure infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide emotional support and therapeutic communication to patients and families.
