Job summary
AdventHealth Parker, CO is seeking a Registered Nurse to perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans across physiological, psychological, and social factors.
You will administer medications, educate patients and families, coordinate with the care team, document outcomes, and uphold safety and infection control standards in a dynamic hospital setting.
Night shift opportunities are available, with competitive pay and benefits.
Qualifications
- RN license required
- BLS certification required
- 1+ acute care hospital experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and monitor for adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care.
- Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and ensure effective communication.
