Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing required; Bachelors preferred.
• Proficiency in nursing care methods and procedures.
• Fluent English, strong communication and teamwork.
• Basic computer skills and EKG knowledge expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans; evaluate and revise as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols; monitor for adverse effects.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure effective communication and patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and outcomes in medical records.
• Monitor and adjust care plans to improve patient health and outcomes.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards are followed.
• Provide emotional support and therapeutic communication to patients and families.
• Supervise and delegate care within the healthcare team.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and participate in performance improvement.
