Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse for night shift at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Georgia. The role involves 36 hours per week (3/12s) in a high-acuity environment, guided by evidence-based practice and the Wellstar Professional Practice Model.

You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team under Nurse Managers and leadership to deliver safe, individualized care, while supporting shared governance and patient safety goals.

Qualifications

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Georgia; BLS required.
• BLS Instructor or equivalent; RN Compact license as applicable.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity setting.
• Monitor and trend vital signs and cardiac rhythm.
• Manage ventilator, BiPAP, CPAP, and oscillator support.
• Assist with bedside procedures and codes using PALS guidelines.
