Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation and evaluation) in clinical care with evidence-based practice.
• Coordinates care through partnerships and ensures care is personalized and patient-centered.
• Partners with patients and families using bedside shift reports and interdisciplinary rounds to align goals.
• Promotes patient safety and adheres to current clinical practice standards.
• Supports and participates in performance improvement and governance across care teams.
• Ensures documentation is complete, accurate and timely.

Education

Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
