Job summary

Good Samaritan in Estherville, IA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts to provide individualized nursing care to residents. You will collaborate with residents, families and the inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care across all phases of care.

The RN will supervise licensed and unlicensed staff, ensure safe, quality care, and adhere to the Nurse Practice Act and facility policies in a Christian healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care with residents, families and inter-disciplinary team.
