Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an RN license.
• Active and unrestricted RN license required.
• Healthcare facility experience preferred but welcomed for new grads.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and implement care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and policies.
• Monitor patients, document care, and report changes to the team.
• Perform wound care, IV therapy, and routine procedures.
• Educate patients and families on medications and care plans.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and participate in care conferences.
• Respond to emergencies and assist in transfers when needed.
