Job summary
Covenant Village Care Center in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift. Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and an active RN license are required; new graduates are welcome.
You will conduct patient assessments, administer medications, monitor treatments, document care in the EHR, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care around the clock.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate’s or Bachelor’s)
- Active RN license with no restrictions
- New graduates welcome to apply or experienced preferred
Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status and develop care plans with the team
- Administer medications and therapies per physician orders
- Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other procedures per protocols
- Document care activities accurately in the EHR and maintain records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and participate in care conferences
- Respond to emergencies and provide life-saving interventions as needed
- Advocate for patients and families, ensuring respectful, person-centered care
