Job summary

OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital is seeking a Staff RN for the Intermediate Care Unit in Mansfield. This full-time night-shift role supports a 36-hour week with every-other weekend coverage and eligibility for weekend/shift differential.

The RN will provide holistic nursing care per Ohio Board standards and collaborate with LPNs/UAPs in a 24/7/365 setting. Minimum qualifications include an Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and BSN within 5 years of employment.

Qualifications

• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• RN license in Ohio.
• BSN required after 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments.
• Document planned interventions and revise care plans with the team.
• Participate in process improvements to achieve clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and efficiency.
• Ensure safety and quality within a High Reliability Organization framework.
