Panora Specialty Care in Panora, IA, a 46-bed long-term care skilled nursing community, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. Shifts are available Full-Time and Part-Time, 6pm to 6am. We offer a competitive wage with shift differentials to reward your dedication.

You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, collaborate with CNAs, LPNs and providers, document care, and uphold infection control and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in Iowa.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations.
• Commitment to empathetic, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
• Support daily clinical operations on the unit to ensure quality care.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time.
• Monitor residents and respond to changes in status promptly.
• Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, providers and other team members.
• Communicate effectively with residents and families about care needs.
• Document care to meet clinical and regulatory standards.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times.
