Job summary

Kingsley Specialty Care, a 43-bed long-term care skilled nursing community in Kingsley, IA, is now hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for Full-Time and Part-Time night shifts, 6pm to 6am. Competitive hourly rate with shift differentials and a chance to make a difference in residents' lives.

Join Care Initiatives' network of more than 40 skilled nursing communities across Iowa and work with CNAs, LPNs, and providers to deliver safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing and Iowa license activation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations.
• Commitment to empathetic, respectful patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
• Support daily operations on the unit to ensure quality and safety.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, providers and other team members to deliver high-quality care.
• Communicate care needs with residents and families.
• Document care in accordance with clinical, regulatory, and facility standards.
