Job summary

Prisma Health in Greenville Memorial Hospital is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care in an acute inpatient setting within the Transplant and Intermediate Care (TIMC) department. The role supports patient/family-centered care and applies evidence-based nursing processes, safety, and quality improvement.

The position requires an Associate degree in Nursing, a valid RN license, and at least 1 year of RN experience. Night shift and on-call considerations may apply.

Qualifications

• Education - Associate degree in Nursing.
• Experience - One (1) year experience as a registered nurse.
• In lieu of one (1) year of RN experience, Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program or comparable residency may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to assigned patients consistent with the nursing plan.
• Performs tasks within the RN scope of practice per policies and procedures.
• Delegates nursing tasks appropriately and ensures completion of assigned tasks.
• Monitors quality of care and maintains patient safety and confidentiality.

Education
