Prisma Health is seeking an experienced registered nurse for an inpatient unit in Greenville Memorial Hospital. The role focuses on comprehensive patient assessment, planning, and collaboration with the care team to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include care coordination, performance improvement participation, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards while supporting patient/family education and discharge planning.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in Nursing is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year of RN experience required; in lieu, Prisma Health Nurse Residency or comparable residency accepted.
• LPN experience accepted for internal candidates in the same service line as an alternative.
• Nursing diploma with licensure to practice as an RN acceptable in lieu of degree.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct care to assigned patients per the established nursing plan.
• Collect data, perform comprehensive nursing assessments and document appropriately.
• Develop and update patient care plans in collaboration with the team and family.
• Coordinate care and communicate changes in plans to the team.
• Ensure safety, quality improvement, and adherence to policies and procedures.
