Job summary

Prisma Health's Patewood Memorial Hospital in Greenville, SC is seeking an experienced RN to provide direct patient care in an acute inpatient setting, practicing patient/family centered care.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care using evidence-based practices, uphold safety and documentation standards, and collaborate with the healthcare team. This role may require weekend/holiday/on-call work and you must maintain licensure and continued education.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing. Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• One (1) year experience as a registered nurse.
• Holds a current RN license recognized in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Collects data and completes nursing assessment using area-specific standards.
• Develops an individual plan of care with patient/family and healthcare team.
• Updates the plan based on patient condition and communicates changes.
• Provides direct care per established nursing plan and ensures documentation.
