Job summary

Qualifications

• RN must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification required; Texas RN license or compact license.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing assessments and assists with exams and treatments.
• Coordinates with interdisciplinary team to plan and implement patient care.
• Maintains accurate medical records and documentation.
• Supports patient education and discharge planning.
