• Performs nursing assessments, aids exams and treatments, and educates patients.
• Maintains accurate medical records and coordinates with an interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinates care plans, discharge, and transfer plans as needed.
• Adheres to regulatory standards and Memorial Hermann policies.
