Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises staffing and scheduling for the unit.
• Coordinates changes in staffing and assigns patient care.
• Collaborates with House Supervisor on bed assignments and coverage.
• Ensures adequate staffing for next shifts and coverage for sick calls.
• Documents incidents, medication issues and care plans; participates in quality/performance improvement.
