Job summary

BayCare is seeking a Clinical Nurse (RN) in Riverview, FL. The role involves caring for a group of patients with minimal supervision, using the nursing process and clinical standards, and delegating tasks to the health care team.

The nurse will be responsible for professional accountability, pursuing development opportunities, and promoting evidence-based care that reflects clinical excellence. This is a full-time position at St Joseph's South facility with on-site hours and rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Requires RN license and BLS certification.
• ACLS certification if required by department.
• Education: Associate's Diploma or BSN preferred.
• RN experience of 6+ months preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for a patient group with minimal supervision using the nursing process and clinical standards.
• Delegate appropriate patient care tasks to health care team members.
