Responsibilities

• Collaborates with hospital leaders to coordinate clinical education activities.
• Assesses student affiliations and clinical rotation programs and mandatory training.
• Organizes and maintains clinical rotation calendars with affiliated schools.
• Proposes, creates, and conducts training programs.
• Manages education initiatives, compliance training, and system priorities.
• Organizes annual educational competencies.
• Evaluates course effectiveness and updates curriculum continually.
• Oversees and trains staff on educational software.
• Onboards clinical staff with orientation programs.
• Develops classes based on departmental needs and advances staff education.
