Job summary

8 Main in Grand Rapids is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care on a 12-hour night shift in a 33-bed step-down/progressive care unit with cardiac, renal transplant, and vascular surgery focus. You will work in a Magnet-designated facility that emphasizes safety, collaboration, and career development.

Qualifications include an accredited nursing degree (ADN with BSN in progress acceptable), Michigan licensure, and at least 1 year of RN experience.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing school and program.
• Associate degree in nursing required, BSN preferred.
• In Grand Rapids ADN must enroll in BSN program within 6 months of hire and complete in 4 years of hire.
• Licensed in the State of Michigan.
• 1 year of experience as an RN required; RN residency for new grads.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Facilitate all aspects of the patient visit experience.
