The position is a 13-week assignment in Petoskey, MI with nights from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. You will support float to similar units as needed and may have on-call requirements and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of Stepdown or Progressive Care experience.
• Previous travel nursing experience is required.
• Strong cardiac nursing experience.
• Comfortable interpreting EKG rhythms.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.

Position Overview:

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Stepdown/Telemetry (CVU/PCU)

• Specialty: Stepdown / Progressive Care

• Location: Petoskey, MI

• Assignment Length: 13 Weeks

• Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

• Every other weekend required

• On-call may be required

• Must be willing to float to similar units as needed

Requirements:

• Active Michigan RN license

• Minimum 1 year of Stepdown or Progressive Care experience

• Previous travel nursing experience required

• Strong cardiac nursing experience

• Comfortable interpreting EKG rhythms

• Current BLS certification

• Ability to care for patients with cardiac conditions, post-procedural interventions, and progressive care needs
