Job summary

Corewell Health's 6 Meijer Heart Center Butterworth unit in Grand Rapids seeks a registered nurse to provide progressive care for cardiac and vascular patients. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care under the ANA scope, collaborating with the Nurse Leader and family-centered care principles.

Responsibilities include patient education, documentation, and coordinating with a team for safe discharge. Full-time, night shift (7:00PM–7:30AM) with a 36-hour weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• Associates in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's in Nursing required within 5 years.
• MI Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• BLS certification required within 90 days.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care following the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan and discharge.
• Educate patients and families and document learning in the health record.
