The role requires a BSN or waiver, CA RN license, and BLS certification, with a weekend shift commitment and ongoing professional development opportunities within MemorialCare’s supportive environment.

Qualifications

• BSN required or waiver as per policy.
• Current California RN license.
• BLS certification required for all areas.
• Unit orientation and clinical competency validation completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, cost-effective patient care using the nursing process.

• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient status; adjust care as needed.
