Job summary

MemorialCare Health System in Long Beach, CA, invites a skilled Registered Nurse to join Emergency Services for full-time nights (12-hour shifts). You will provide safe, patient-centered care using the nursing process within the scope of practice for an RN.

This role requires CA RN license, BLS, ACLS and PALS, BSN (or NEC waiver), and prior ED experience in an acute care setting. MemorialCare offers a signing bonus up to $20,000 and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Current California RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• BSN required unless waived by NEC review.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program (ACEN/CCNE).
• Emergency Services experience in an acute care hospital.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, cost-effective patient care in Emergency Services.
• Utilize nursing process within the scope of Registered Nursing practice.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
