Job summary
Baptist Health seeks a registered nurse to provide safe, compassionate care in the Med/Surg unit. You will apply the nursing process, use Baptist Health protocols, and collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve the best outcomes. Night shift, 6:30p-7a, Med/Surg 3A or 7A.
New RN graduates or RNs in good standing licensed in Arkansas are welcome; BSN preferred. CPR required; ACLS/PALS/NALS training provided.
Qualifications
- New RN graduate or RN in good standing licensed to practice in Arkansas.
- BSN preferred.
- Applies basic knowledge to meet standard of care.
- Works as full partner of interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, therapeutic patient care using the nursing process.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to department policies and organizational requirements to ensure unified workflow.
