RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Registered Nurse for the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit (BMTU) at the New Brunswick campus. You will provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care within the standard of care and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient outcomes.

Required BSN and NJ RN license with 0–6 months RN experience; preferred 1–3 years in BMTU/Oncology. BLS/ACLS certifications are required.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• 0–6 months RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the Nurse Practice Act and ANA ethics.
• Ensure patient safety and evidence-based practice.
• Report safety issues and hazardous conditions.
• Know the patient population served.
• Supervise and direct delegation to team members.
• Set and evaluate priorities with measurable outcomes.
• Utilize nursing process to address patient needs.
