Job summary

Mercy Behavioral Health Services in Festus, MO, is seeking a Behavioral Health RN to provide bedside nursing care during the night shift. You will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while protecting patient rights and confidentiality.

Qualified RNs with MO license (or compact) and BLS certification are welcome. The role is 36 hours per week with night shifts, supporting a structured, therapeutic program and collaborative multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Missouri or compact state.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AD, Diploma, or BSN).
• BLS certification required or within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Evaluates effectiveness of care provided by direct caregivers.
