Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO is seeking a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse for the night shift (36 hours/week) to provide compassionate psychiatric care and coordinate patient care with the multi-disciplinary team. Eligible graduates receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus; experienced nurses may receive $13,000.

Requirements include RN license in Missouri, RN education (ADN/ Diploma/ BSN) and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients.
• Coordinated patient care in conjunction with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
