• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and maintains accountability for care for assigned patients.
• Evaluates overall effectiveness of care by other direct care givers and coordinates patient care with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information and adheres to Mercy Service Standards.
