Job summary

Inova Mount Vernon Hospital in Alexandria, VA, is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the Behavioral Health unit on the night shift (7:00 pm–7:00 am) with rotating weekends. You will collaborate with patients, families and the care team to improve outcomes and patient experience.

Minimum qualifications include 1 year of RN experience, BSN or ADN with BSN planned within 5 years, BLS, Virginia RN license, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Registered Nurse clinical experience.
• Education: BSN or ADN - If ADN then complete BSN within 5 years of start date.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider Certification from the American Heart Association required.
• RN licensed, and eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
• Proficient in English, strong verbal and written communication skills.
