Job summary
RWJBarnabas Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Rapid Response Team at Clara Maass Medical Center in Belleville, NJ. This part-time night role emphasizes urgent bedside assessment, timely interventions, and seamless coordination with the care team.

Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing.
- Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.
- BSN is strongly preferred; ICU nursing experience beneficial.
- Experience with EPIC or similar EMR system.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and respond to clinical changes.
- Administer medications and treatments with strong clinical judgment.
- Collaborate with physicians and advanced providers for coordinated care.
- Educate patients and families to prepare for next care phase.
- Document accurately in the EMR to ensure continuity and safety.
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and promote teamwork.
- Support ongoing professional development and clinical ladder opportunities.
