Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital is hiring full-time Registered Nurses for night shift (7p - 7:30a, 36 hours/week, every third weekend) with a comprehensive benefits package. New rates based on experience and shift: $32.00-$50.00 per hour. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license or eligibility in Pennsylvania.
• CPR certification required at hire.
• Previous psychiatric/behavioral health nursing experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adults in a psychiatric setting.
• Assess, monitor, and respond to patient needs during night shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM).
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure safe, effective treatment plans.
