Job summary

Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital is hiring full-time RNs for day shift (7a - 7:30p, 36 hours/week, every third weekend) with an excellent benefits package. There is opportunity for overtime and to cover various shifts if interested. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

New rates based on experience and shift: $32.00-$50.00 per hour. LBHH is a newly opened 126-bed inpatient psychiatric hospital; it is a joint venture between Lancaster General Health/Penn Medicine and Universal Health Services.

Qualifications

• RN license required (PA)
• CPR certification required upon hire
• Psychiatric/behavioral health nursing experience helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on inpatient psychiatric units.
• Support day shift nursing coverage and potential overtime opportunities.
