Job summary

Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital (LBHH) is seeking a Nurse Manager (RN) for the Night Shift. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week with full benefits and opportunities for overtime.

As a Nurse Manager you will lead nursing staff, coordinate unit operations, ensure patient safety, and work with ADON and leadership to align nursing services with hospital goals.

Required: PA RN license, CPR/BLS, and at least one year of nursing supervision; sign-on bonus of $20,000 for night shift.

Qualifications

• PA RN license required
• One year of nursing supervision required
• CPR/BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Ensure integration of nursing services into overall organization operations.
• Screening and selection of nursing staff; performance evaluations; feedback to ADON and HR.
• Schedule nursing unit staff ensuring appropriate staffing ratios based on patient acuity and FTE standards.
• Monitor day-to-day psychiatric and chemical dependency nursing care; communicate issues with ADON.
• Participate in treatment planning, implementation and monitoring.
• Oversee House Supervisors.
