Good Samaritan Society-Lakota is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts on 12-hour rotating shifts in Lakota, North Dakota. The role supports residents with comprehensive nursing care, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes in a not-for-profit, Christian environment.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, assessing residents, planning and evaluating care, and providing education to residents and families.

Qualifications

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team.
• Possess active RN license in the state of practice; eligible for multistate licensure if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents across all care phases.
• Collaborate with providers and staff to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Coordinate and supervise care as needed, possibly serving as charge nurse.
