Job summary

Good Samaritan Society-Lakota is a not-for-profit provider delivering housing and services to seniors with a Christian environment. This RN position supports residents with the nursing process, participates in care planning, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team.

12-hour night shifts, full-time, rotating weekends and holidays, with shift differentials and a robust benefits package including health, dental, life, retirement.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where practice occurs.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Experience in geriatric or long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff as appropriate.
