Job summary

Orlando Regional Medical Center (ORMC) is seeking a skilled RN for Advanced Care in the Bone Marrow Transplant Department. The role supports patients with advanced illness requiring high-level care, in a 3×12 night shift pattern with a low nurse–patient ratio.

Responsibilities include critical assessment, rapid response to changes in condition, and collaborative care planning with the multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license or valid eNLC multistate RN license.
• Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
• ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC required for certain areas; NRP for NICU.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality patient care for critically ill patients with complex needs.
• Monitor and interpret patient data and ventilator/monitoring equipment.
• Respond to life‑threatening situations following protocols.
• Develop and revise individualized care plans with the healthcare team.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
