ProMedica is seeking an RN for the ICU at Bay Park Hospital in Ohio. The position is full-time, Night shift, with a 36-hour week. You will coordinate care and work with patients, families, and the care team to implement and evaluate care plans.

Requirements include an active Ohio RN license, CPR certification, and 24 hours of continuing education. A Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred. ProMedica offers flexible benefits and is an equal opportunity employer. [e-mail]

Formación

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training. Specialty certifications as required by individual nursing units.
• The RN in Ohio must complete twenty-four contact hours of continuing education during licensure period; at least 1 hour related to Ohio nurse practice code.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate patient care plans and interact with patients, families and health care team.
• Assess nursing needs, formulate diagnoses, and plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Collaborate with nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals and improve satisfaction.
